I have joined a new LiveStrong fundraising team - Team Fat Cyclist: Fighting for Susan. I appreciate your donations to the Lance Armstrong Foundation to fight cancer and honor Elden (Fatty) Nelson and Susan in their battle against her cancer. The Lance Armstrong Foundation has helped the Nelsons and many others in practical ways.

On June 21, I will be riding in support of my dad, uncle-in-law, and of course, Susan. I will be riding in memory of Heidi’s Aunt Marjean and my grandmother, Afton Thomas. I know each of you has been impacted by cancer in some way too, so to honor your contribution, I would like to personalize my ride and represent your support by wearing the names of those we know who have struggled with cancer. If you would like me to wear a name precious to you (or more than one), please let me know who your donation is in honor of when you make your donation. It will be my privilege to carry those names with me as I ride.
